I found this after hearing Jack Johnson’s first album. What? Okay, wait, back up. I heard Jack Johnson’s first album, and I liked it. I was pretty impressed with the surfer boy’s sound. Then I found out he was putting out a new album shortly thereafter. It wasn’t quite a new album. There were two Jack Johnson songs on it, one from the first album, and a cover of Jimmy Buffet’s “A Pirate Looks at 40.” The rest of the songs were much different, the soundtrack to a surf film he made. So, respect. And he included this awesome song from Bombay The Hard Way, which sounds like something Quentin Tarantino wished he had discovered and put in one of his films.
